the team was lovely. breakfast was perfect. the bed was comfortable and the bedroom was perfectly clean. i appreciated the plentiful supply of tea and coffee that was freshly replaced daily.

the gym was fairly basic for a proper workout.

attentive staff efficient breakfast secure parking

I felt genuinely looked after. the reception staff were attentive, especially with directions and local information. breakfast service from the team was efficient, and i enjoyed the varied options. A great start to each day. i found secure parking available, very useful for my rental car.

the lift was a bit slow, at times i had to wait a few minutes.

friendly staff central location easy transport

I find the staff quite friendly when I arrived. They handled my requests well. The hotel location seemed very central, especially to food. Transportation seemed easily accessible from the hotel. I noticed the cleanliness .

I did notice that some room elements could use a little more attention.
